Please contact us for an RMA number to initiate your return. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.
To complete your return, please contact us directly, do not return your goods to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or any item that is returned more than 30 days cannot be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
All exchanges require an RMA number, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions.
We can only replace unused items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to initiate an exchange, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with an RMA and return instructions. All returns are shipped at the buyers expense.
